These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the COCOIRO application (“the App”) provided by BUB GRAPHICS Inc. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. About the Service

COCOIRO is a lifestyle application that provides emotional visualization, astrology-based star readings, and vibrational level tracking for daily self-exploration and enjoyment.

2. Disclaimer

All content provided by the App is intended for entertainment and self-exploration purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, scientific, or professional advice of any kind.

If you have health or mental health concerns, please consult a qualified professional. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the App, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

3. Subscription (COCOIRO Premium)

  • Premium plans are billed monthly through your Apple ID.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew 24 hours before the end of the current billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. No refunds are provided for the remaining period.
  • If you start a free trial and then purchase a subscription, any unused trial period will be forfeited.
  • Premium benefits include personalized readings based on your sun and moon signs, and access to all background themes.

4. Prohibited Activities

When using the App, you agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Reproduce or redistribute any content from the App without authorization
  • Acquire in-app currency or items through fraudulent means
  • Use the App for any purpose that violates applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the App and its content belong to BUB GRAPHICS Inc. All rights reserved.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of its features at any time, with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from the use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
